What You’ll Own:
Run engaging onboarding bootcamps for freshers and lateral hires in:
Oracle (Fusion, HCM, Cloud, PeopleSoft)
MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
SQL (yep, the real-deal, not just SELECT * FROM )
Design smart learning journeys with hands-on practice, simulations, and zero-boredom.
Track who’s growing and how – build learning dashboards that speak ROI.
Turn individual contributors into team leads – and help them own the journey.
Spot skill gaps before they become project gaps. You’ll be the growth hacker of talent.
Keep things fresh – stay on top of tech trends and keep content modern & relevant.

What You Bring:
6–10 years in tech training/dev – if you’ve coded and coached, that’s 🔥
Solid grip on:
Oracle (Fusion / HCM / ERP)
MERN Stack (Hands-on = bonus points)
SQL (you should be able to explain joins like you’re telling a story)
Strong presentation + facilitation skills – you should own the (virtual) room
Bonus if you’ve played with LMS platforms or built gamified learning paths
