PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) is a software application designed to manage and streamline various HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee self-service, payroll, and benefits administration. Within the PeopleSoft HCM suite, there is a feature called Personalize My Team for Managers.
Personalize My Team for Manager is a feature that allows managers to view and manage their team’s information and tasks in a personalized dashboard. Managers can view information such as Job information, Compensation data, leave balance, and Performance data based on the delivered features. This will come in very handy for managers because, at the click of a button, they will have all the information about the reporters who directly/indirectly report to them.
