When an employee is created in the Oracle HCM Cloud, projects are generated and associated automatically and manually. With the project allocation, Project Manager, Recruiter, Resource, Project hourly rate, Tasks, Expenditure type and Project duration are also configured. The approved hours from Oracle Time and Labor are transferred to Oracle Projects for Projects Costing, thereby linking the HCM Cloud process to the ERP Cloud process.
