Oracle HCM Survey - To align People and Business strategy

Survey is one of the key things delivered as part of Oracle HCM Cloud (higher than 20 A version) to get more involved with employees directly. Oracle is offering a simplified survey tool to conduct survey across organizations. This tool will deliver immediate results, as and when they happen. Surveys can be enabled from Personal Brand work area and the response to surveys sent by others area also captured in the same page with insightful dashboards. The survey functionality offers option to user, to add questions and the same question link can be forwarded to other co-workers by selecting the co-workers list from survey add portal.

For example, you can send a survey to peers seeking feedback for personal growth. You can also use the same survey to take a self-assessment. The same tool can be extended to conduct any project related meeting survey, survey related to WFH essentials &challenges, survey related to Post Covid work environment, Performance survey and organizational survey to a larger audience.

Steps to enable survey in HCM Cloud:

STEP 1: Survey functionality is available for all the users who are tagged under employee role. User can navigate to survey functionality from the below mentioned navigation.

Navigation: Home > show more > personal brand > survey

In survey Functionality user needs to opt for survey from the above-mentioned navigation to create their own questions and to add them as there set of survey questions.

STEP 2: Survey function gives the option to view the existing others survey and also to create our own survey.

STEP 3: Click on add and Select the people to whom the survey to be shared. After including recipients click continue

STEP 4: Name the Survey and select Questionnaire from existing questionnaires repository and submit. Users can create their own set of Questionnaires and the same can be used across the system for any survey.

STEP 5: The recipients will get the survey link in the notification icon.

STEP 6: Once getting the responses from all the recipients, user need to click on the respective survey name which directs to survey results, from there user can view the rating, comments shared by recipients.

STEP 7: Summary of the survey results can be viewed with detailed analysis. There should be at least 5 responses for the results to show up.
