Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support Implementation: Assist in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and provide guidance on best practices in HCM.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.
  • Testing: Conduct system testing, identify and troubleshoot issues, and work with the team to resolve them.
  • User Training: Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
  • System Upgrades: Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion HCM releases and assist in system upgrades and patching.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously expand your knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies through training and certifications.

 

Skills You Bring to the Table:

  • Educational Prowess: Ideally educated to B.E/B.Tech (IT, CSE) or MCA, with a stellar academic track record or equivalent.
  • Relevant Tenure: Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant/IT experience.
  • Linguistic Virtuoso: Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Bring a desire to flourish in the tech industry, with strong RDBMS concepts and SQL skills.
  • Versatility Defined: As a well-rounded individual with diverse interests and experience, you’re the versatile team player we seek.
