Introduction

The Direct Reports Tile is built on the Direct Reports for Managers framework, which is already in use with other manager self-service pages. What makes this new feature so impressive is the elimination of the need for maintaining separate security, which used to be a time-consuming and cumbersome task. Now, managers can seamlessly navigate through various components, including time management and absence management, without having to switch between different security settings.
