In a landmark moment that blends heritage with global ambition, Kovaion, a leading enterprise solutions company and trusted Oracle partner, inaugurated its new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Kalapatti, Coimbatore. Located in the newly established Pranav Global building—a five-floor commercial property developed and owned by Kovaion—the center reflects the company’s expanding digital footprint and future-focused growth.
While three of the floors in Pranav Global are open for commercial rentals, the fourth floor now houses Kovaion’s new state-of-the-art workspace—an embodiment of simplicity, innovation, and functionality. Spanning approximately 5000 sq. ft. per floor, and painted in signature blue and white, the office environment mirrors the brand’s core values of trust, clarity, and excellence.
The choice of Coimbatore as the location for this global hub has deep emotional significance. Nanda Kumar, Founder and Director of Kovaion, was born and raised in this very region. His return to Coimbatore is not just symbolic—it marks the continuation of a vision rooted in home and built for the world.
A visionary tech leader and endurance athlete, Nanda Kumar—fondly known within the organization as Nanda—leads Kovaion’s global strategy with a focus on innovation, customer success, and social impact. In a heartfelt note, he shared:

Today, Kovaion operates across Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, the UK, and the USA, with its headquarters in the United Kingdom, serving global clients with tailored digital transformation solutions.
The day began early with a Ganapati Homam, invoking blessings for prosperity and new beginnings. Later, the official inauguration ceremony commenced with ribbon-cutting and lamp-lighting rituals on the ground floor. The ribbon was cut by Mr. Venkatraman Venkateswaran, Group President & CFO of Federal Bank Ltd. A respected leader with over 30 years of experience in banking and business, Mr. Venkateswaran brought both insight and inspiration to the occasion. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and BITS Pilani, he currently plays a key role in driving finance, technology, and planning at Federal Bank.
His presence and encouragement added significance to the ceremonial lamp-lighting on the ground floor, led by Nanda Kumar (Founder & Director), and Mohana Priya (Chief Projects Officer) —an uplifting moment that reflected Kovaion’s foundation in values, family, and belief.
The celebration then moved to the fourth floor, where the new workspace was inaugurated. The ribbon was cut by Mr. Jayaraman Balasubramanian, a seasoned finance professional and respected leader in the banking and corporate governance space (Chartered Accountant & Senior Board Advisor in Banking and Financial Services). His presence added meaning and warmth to the occasion.
Following this, the ceremonial lamp was lit by Devi (mother of Nanda Kumar), Prasanna Krishnan—Kovaion’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), whose presence reflected the company’s strong operational leadership, and Mr. Jayaraman Balasubramanian. Together, this meaningful sequence of tradition and leadership marked a symbolic beginning, setting an inspired tone for Kovaion’s journey ahead.
The inauguration wasn’t just about a building—it was about the people who made it possible. Employees from Chennai, Bangalore, and other locations traveled to Coimbatore to be part of the new office opening. Meeting each other in person—many for the first time outside of Teams calls—brought joy, laughter, and a renewed sense of belonging.
The presence of senior leadership, employees, and their families made the celebration a perfect blend of tradition and forward momentum—apt for a company that merges deep roots with global vision. In her welcome note, Mohana Priya expressed that this moment is “not the end—but just the beginning of our global expansion,” signaling the company’s clear intent to scale across regions, industries, and ideas. Her words set the tone for what lies ahead—one marked by purpose, connection, and continued innovation.
Adding to the day’s significance was the launch of the Sportzia logo. Sportzia, a new venture by Kovaion, aims to simplify and empower the sports and athletic community, offering tools for Social Community, Event Booking, and Sports Tracking. This subtle yet impactful reveal marks another step in Kovaion’s commitment to inclusive, people-centric innovation.
With this launch, Kovaion not only expands its new office space but also reinforces its role as a future-ready digital transformation partner. The Global Capability Center in Kalapatti, Coimbatore, is a reflection of strategic intent, emotional legacy, and bold global vision.
