Fusion Applications ESS Jobs allows to define, control and manage Oracle Enterprise Scheduler job metadata.
Oracle Cloud Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) Jobs are programs based on PL/SQL, BIP Reports, Host, SQL Loader, and other technologies to execute business logic. There are many standards or seeded ESS jobs available in Oracle HCM Cloud. System provides an option to create custom ESS job based on customer needs accordingly.
Fusion Applications ESS Jobs allows to define, control and manage Oracle Enterprise Scheduler job metadata, including job definitions, job requests, job sets (a collection of job requests), incompatibilities and schedules governing the execution of job requests also allow user put parameter while creating ESS jobs and while running the process post creation of job.
The Scheduling process home page provides an overview of the performance of Oracle Enterprise Scheduler components and jobs, including component status, the number of completed job requests in the last hour, as well as the processing times for running jobs.
This page can be used for monitoring and administering Oracle Enterprise Scheduler process.

Step 3: Fill all the required fields in the below page mentioned in the screenshot to create new ESS Job
NOTE: Report path should be as below:
/oracle/apps/ess/custom/REPORT_NAME/

Step 4: Schedule job details fields should be as per the below screenshot.

Step 5: Save and close after filling all the details in Fig 3.
Step 6: Navigate to tools > schedule process and search for the newly created ESS job name.

Step 7: Post successful schedule of the ESS job the result will be available in the output section as shown.
