Roles & Responsibilities

  • PeopleSoft Project Technical Lead
  • Masterful team management and result-driven expertise, pivotal for our growth plan’s success.

 

Skill Sets Required

  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • 3-5 Years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
  • Ability to analyze requirements and perform FIT Gap analysis.
  • Efficient in functional and technical documentation
  • Hands-on expertise in the following HCM 9.2 modules – Core HR, Global Payroll (India), Absence Management, ESS, and MSS is a mandatory skill.
  • Key Requirement: At least 2 PeopleSoft Implementation/Support Projects involving Global Payroll.
  • Knowledge of any other modules is an added advantage.
  • Attitude to learn and groom
  • Agile Client Interaction: Mastery Skills
  • At par on the latest releases in PUM image and PeopleTools latest version
