It is then the responsibility of employees to diligently work towards completing these tasks within the designated time frame. Upon completion, the first step towards evaluation begins with employees assessing their performance through self-evaluation ratings. In this scenario, managers delegate tasks to employees who are then responsible for their completion and self-assessment.

Once employees submit their tasks along with self-ratings, the submissions automatically undergo manager review. Managers then provide their ratings based on the submissions received from employees.
