What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead high-impact learning programs around:

  • Soft skills: communication, collaboration, time management, Presentation & Public Speaking, Business Etiquette, Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking, Conflict Resolution
  • Behavioral training: Ownership, emotional intelligence, feedback culture, Growth Mindset & Adaptability, Professionalism & Work Ethic, Diversity.
  • Leadership: IC → TL journeys, team handling, situational leadership, People & Team Management, Coaching & Mentoring Skills, Strategic Thinking
  • Mental Well-being & Stress Management
  • Design custom growth journeys – because one size never fits all.
  • Work closely with HR, Tech & Business teams to spot gaps and build solutions.
  • Support new hires (especially freshers) in cultural onboarding & early productivity.
  • Drive value-based learning and be the voice of our company’s DNA.
  • Facilitate group workshops, one-on-one coaching, and micro-learning series.
  • Track engagement, feedback, and impact – real numbers, real stories.

What You Bring:

  • 8–12 years in L&D, Behavioral Training, or Leadership Coaching.
  • Strong facilitation & storytelling skills — your sessions should stick.
  • Experience coaching early-career professionals to become confident contributors.
  • Empathy + structure – you balance heart and results.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, learning styles, and training ROI tracking.
  • Bonus: Certifications in coaching, facilitation, psychometrics, NLP, or similar.
