About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines expert CRM domain knowledge with strong UX research and design capabilities.
You will lead the design of our next-generation AI First CRM and workflow automation platform, shaping how users visualize, manage, and automate business processes.
This role is ideal for a designer who understands both enterprise product experience and user empathy — crafting data-driven, intuitive, and visually elegant interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for CRM and workflow modules — from user research to final UI delivery.
  • Conduct UX research, user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
  • Translate business workflows and CRM logic into intuitive, efficient, and modern UI/UX flows.
  • Define and evolve the design system, ensuring visual consistency across all modules.
  • Design data-intensive dashboards, automation builders, and AI-driven insights with clarity and simplicity.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and AI teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
  • Champion a user-centered design culture within the organization.
  • Stay ahead of design trends in CRM, low-code, and AI-assisted user experiences.
  • Familiarity with ReactJS Front end technology to ensure design feasibility.

Technical & Design Expertise

Design & UX Research

  • Expertise in user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility principles.
  • Proficient in Figma with experience building scalable design systems.
  • Capable of producing clickable prototypes, conducting user validation sessions, and iterating rapidly.
  • Understanding of data visualization, workflow modeling, and contextual user interfaces.

CRM Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of CRM user journeys, including:
    • Lead & Contact Management
    • Deal & Opportunity Pipelines
    • Activities, Notes, and Follow-ups
    • Workflow Automations
    • Reports & Analytics
    • Role-based Dashboards & Permissions
  • Prior experience designing CRM or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, marketing funnels, and service modules from a UX perspective.
  • Ability to simplify complex B2B workflows into frictionless user experiences.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills — able to translate research into actionable design insights.
  • Excellent communication — comfortable engaging with CXOs, PMs, and developers.
  • Strategic thinking: design with a focus on user goals and business outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset — mentors juniors and contributes to organizational design culture.

Experience

  • 6–8 years in UI/UX design for complex SaaS, CRM, or enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience conducting end-to-end UX research and usability testing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating CRM or automation platform design.

Tools & Environment

  • Figma and UX research tools (Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop)
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and front-end ReactJS technology for design feasibility.
