Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Manager who can own people strategy end-to-end, amplify our culture, and represent Kovaion at HR forums and industry events. The ideal candidate comes with strong headhunting skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to build a high-performance, people-first workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead People & Culture strategy—employee experience, engagement, development, and retention
  • Own talent acquisition for leadership and niche roles using headhunting, networking, and advanced sourcing strategies
  • Represent Kovaion at HR forums, panel discussions, campuses, and industry events
  • Build strong employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels
  • Design and implement culture-building programs, recognition frameworks, and employee development roadmaps
  • Strengthen HR policies, governance frameworks, and people practices aligned with business needs
  • Drive performance management programs, KRAs/KPIs, and continuous feedback mechanisms
  • Lead onboarding, capability building, and leadership development initiatives
  • Partner with business heads for workforce planning and organizational development
  • Manage employee relations with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality
  • Use data-driven insights to create HR dashboards and improve people processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience across HR, People & Culture, and talent strategy
  • Proven expertise in headhunting, leadership hiring, and building talent pipelines
  • Experience speaking at HR forums, webinars, panels, or industry communities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to design and drive culture, engagement, and retention programs
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, workforce analytics, and compliance
  • Experience working in IT / Consulting / Product organizations preferred
  • High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment
