As we expand our presence across multiple cities, we are strengthening our regional sales teams to drive local growth and deeper market penetration.

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to lead field sales and client onboarding efforts in Coimbatore and Chennai.

The selected candidates will be responsible for building strong local networks, driving platform adoption, supporting on-ground marketing activities, and contributing to successful execution of Sportzia-hosted events.

The role involves extensive field work, relationship building, and coordination with event stakeholders. You will work closely with the central leadership team to ensure aligned execution and consistent growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard sports event organizers, clubs, academies, athletes, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct field visits to pitch Sportzia’s platform and demonstrate its features and benefits.
  • Execute offline marketing and on-ground promotional activities in assigned territories.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of Sportzia-hosted events such as city marathons and sports activations.
  • Support sponsor outreach and contribute to lead generation for events.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups for repeat business.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and activities consistently in the CRM system.
  • Share local market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback with the internal team.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in field sales (preferred industries: NGOs, local listing platforms, insurance, retail, events, etc.).
  • Strong interest in sports; prior exposure to sports/events industry is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with field visits, offline promotions, and weekend work (weekday offs provided).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in dynamic markets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
