🚀 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can be the bridge between product, marketing, and sales—turning product value into compelling stories that drive growth. You’ll own GTM execution, messaging, positioning, and enablement while also helping define product-market fit. From launching products to building communities of users and advocates, this role is all about making impact across the full customer lifecycle.
🎯 What You’ll Do
• Drive go-to-market strategy for product launches with sharp messaging and positioning
• Enable sales and customer success teams with pitch decks, one-pagers, and demos
• Support Product-Led Growth (PLG) with self-serve enablement, lifecycle campaigns, and adoption programs
• Plan and execute drip campaigns to reduce churn and increase engagement
• Collaborate with PMs to enhance onboarding experiences and validate product-market fit
• Create newsletters, webinars, and thought-leadership content to educate and nurture users
• Power demand generation and ABM programs by profiling key accounts and supporting outreach
• Strengthen brand perception by driving reviews & ratings across G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, etc.
• Build and nurture a community of users and advocates through forums, events, and ambassador programs
🛠️ Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years in product marketing or growth marketing
• Strong GTM planning & execution skills
• Proficiency in messaging & positioning frameworks
• Hands-on with enablement assets (sales decks, demos, one-pagers)
• Competitor & market research expertise
• Familiarity with ABM & intent platforms (Clearbit, Apollo, Slintel, 6sense, ZoomInfo)
• Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator for persona research & outreach support
• Experience with email/newsletter tools (Mailchimp, Customer.io, ConvertKit)
• Knowledge of CRM & marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
• Working knowledge of ASO best practices & tools for cross-functional initiatives
• Background in community engagement & advocacy programs
