We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Business Development Leader, based in the United Kingdom, who can confidently champion Oracle’s world-class solutions, engage with C-level executives, and close high-impact deals that shape the digital future of UK enterprises.

 

What You’ll Own:

Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Own and grow Oracle solution sales across the UK and Europe — from ideation to execution.
  • Craft winning go-to-market strategies and identify untapped opportunities.

Executive-Level Engagement

  • Build powerful relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Position Oracle as a trusted business enabler — not just a tech provider.

Consultative Solution Selling

  • Leverage deep Oracle knowledge (ERP, HCM, Cloud, PeopleSoft) to solve real-world business problems.
  • Customize value propositions that resonate with enterprise needs.

End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Lead the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets through sharp pipeline management.

Market Mastery

  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and shifts in enterprise tech.
  • Deliver insightful forecasts and share market intelligence with global teams.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Be the voice of the customer within Kovaion.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of enterprise business development experience, with a proven track record in Oracle solution sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle’s product portfolio and SaaS/cloud ecosystem.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills — especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with the UK enterprise landscape and a strong local professional network.
  • UK-based or with deep experience selling to UK businesses.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for sales tracking and reporting.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Oracle certifications or formal solution-selling methodology exposure.
  • Strong network across enterprise verticals like BFSI, manufacturing, public sector, or healthcare.
  • Experience selling to large enterprises or government sectors in the UK.
