Customize value propositions that resonate with enterprise needs.
End-to-End Sales Ownership
Lead the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Consistently exceed revenue targets through sharp pipeline management.
Market Mastery
Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and shifts in enterprise tech.
Deliver insightful forecasts and share market intelligence with global teams.
Team Collaboration
Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

What You Bring to the Table:
10+ years of enterprise business development experience, with a proven track record in Oracle solution sales.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle’s product portfolio and SaaS/cloud ecosystem.
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills — especially with senior stakeholders.
Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
Familiarity with the UK enterprise landscape and a strong local professional network.
UK-based or with deep experience selling to UK businesses.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for sales tracking and reporting.
Bonus Points:
Oracle certifications or formal solution-selling methodology exposure.
Strong network across enterprise verticals like BFSI, manufacturing, public sector, or healthcare.
Experience selling to large enterprises or government sectors in the UK.
