We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3โ€“5 years of hands-on experience to manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, and comprehensive content handling, with the ability to independently drive digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies
  • Manage technical SEO aspects (site audits, indexing, performance improvements)
  • Monitor rankings and organic traffic growth
  1. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, display ads, remarketing)
  • Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies
  • Track and improve ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  1. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms
  • Manage paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility
  • Track performance metrics and generate insights
  1. Content Management
  • Plan, create, and publish website and social media content
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators
  • Ensure SEO-aligned content strategy
  • Maintain content calendar and brand consistency
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3โ€“5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and content strategy
  • Experience with Google Ads and analytics tools
  • Understanding of website optimization and lead generation
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads / Digital Marketing
  • Experience in handling performance-driven campaigns
  • Knowledge of basic HTML or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
