Creative Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer who will own the end-to-end UI/UX design of our enterprise products and actively contribute to product innovation. This role requires a strong balance of design thinking, system-level UX, and business understanding.

You will work closely with leadership, visionaries, product managers, and business owners to translate ideas and requirements into intuitive user experiences, clear user stories, and scalable design systems for complex, multi-module enterprise applications—similar in scale and ambition to Industry Leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete UI/UX lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and design handoff
  • Translate business requirements and product vision into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
  • Design enterprise-grade workflows for complex use cases (CRM, finance, HR, analytics, automation, etc.)
  • Collaborate with leadership and product teams to shape product strategy and innovation
  • Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards
  • Define user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction models
  • Convert requirements into clear user stories, UX flows, and design specifications
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and performance across web and mobile platforms
  • Drive design-led product innovation, not just execution

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer for SaaS or enterprise products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design (not just visuals)
  • Experience designing complex enterprise workflows and data-heavy applications
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Experience building and scaling design systems
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain design decisions with clarity
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum product development processes

Good to Have

  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS, Finance, or Workflow Automation products
  • Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms
  • Experience designing for B2B, enterprise, or internal productivity tools
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
