About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Admin Executive to drive smooth day-to-day branch operations. From managing vendors and facilities to supporting internal teams, you’ll play a key role in keeping things efficient and on track.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee branch admin activities – seating, supplies, assets, and access
  • Coordinate onboarding formalities – ID cards, access, IT kits, Bank account creation
  • Liaise with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, Ops) for seamless support
  • Manage vendors – security, housekeeping, couriers, AMC, repairs
  • Track branch MIS – attendance, petty cash, stock, and service logs
  • Ensure SOP, audit, and compliance protocols are met
  • Own branch-level issue resolution, facility upkeep, and escalations

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years in admin/facility roles
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Basic finance skills for managing branch expenses
  • Hands-on with MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and multitask in a fast-paced setup
