E-Verification has two phases:

  • Companies where students have been placed request an email containing the link to the E-Verification page from the institution.
  • The institution replies to the recruiters with a link where the company can perform the background verification.

The E-Verification module provides a facility for companies to access student details and conduct background verification efficiently and without any hassle.

 

Detailed Features of E-Verification

The E-Verification module serves as a comprehensive solution offering the following capabilities:

  • Companies can easily access student details through the E-Verification portal.
  • Upon submission of a request, the respective company’s HR can conveniently make the payment via the integrated payment gateway.
  • Both students and HR personnel can track the status of their submitted applications with ease.

Below is the E-Verification page, where company HR representatives can enter the necessary student details for verification.

HR will interact with the E-Verification through the page:

  • On this page, the HR personnel can fetch student details using the roll number and name. (Fig 2)
  • After retrieving the information, the HR can upload the student’s consent letter along with the documents that require verification.
  • A View option is also provided to allow cross-checking of the uploaded documents.
  • Additionally, HR users can add multiple students at once. (Fig 3)
  • In the Requester Name field, they can enter the name of the company making the request.
  • In the Email field, they should provide the official company email address.

  • HR can add multiple students, as shown in the screenshot above (Fig 3).
  • They can also complete the payment through the integrated payment gateway provided on the page.

  • In this section, the student can choose their preferred method for receiving the verified document.
  • The available options are: Email, In Hand, and WES.
  • If the student selects the WES option, a field to enter the reference number will appear.

  • On the E-Verification Fee Setup page, the price and applicable GST can be configured. (Fig 5)
  • This page is primarily managed and accessed only by the admin.
  • Additionally, the system allows configuration of the recipient email address to which notifications will be triggered.

  • After providing all the required details, the HR can proceed with the payment using the payment option available on the page.
  • Once the application is submitted, the approver or admin will review and verify the request.
  • Verification will be completed at the discretion of the admin, based on the specified conditions.
