Assigning goals in Oracle Fusion HCM is a simple process for managers. Follow these step-by-step instructions to assign performance goals to multiple team members efficiently.
Step 1:
- Go to the Performance tab of your My Goals page
- From the Oracle HCM homepage, click on ‘Me >> Career and Performance >> Goals Center’.

Step 2:
- Open the Goal Management Section
- Click on ‘Performance Goals’ from the left-side navigation pane.

- Select Goal(s) to Assign
- Choose an existing goal from the library or create a new one. You can also select multiple goals to assign in one go.
Note: Only the approved goals will be able to be assigned to the reportees.

- Search and Select Team Members
Select the goal assignees:
- If you select the My Team option, all persons in your team, including your dotted line reports are listed and are selected by default. You can deselect those whom you don’t want to include in the goal assignment.
- If you select the Any Person option, you need to select a person from your team to include in the goal assignment.

- Review and Assign
- Review the selected goal(s) and employees. Optionally, personalize the goal description for each employee (if allowed). Click ‘Assign’ to complete the process. You’ll see a confirmation message that the goal(s) have been successfully assigned.

- Assigned goals will reflect in each employee’s Goal Plan and can be tracked via the Performance Document.
