- Access to Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) is available.
- The Document of Records feature is enabled in the application.
- Page Properties configuration permissions are granted for creating and managing rules.
- AI-assisted features are enabled and properly configured in the environment.
Step 1- Log in as an Administrator
- Sign in to the application using your Administrator credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to My Client Groups.
- Under the Quick Actions section, select Document of Records.

Step 7 – Navigate to Document of Record, click Add, choose Passport as the document type, and view the issuing comments.

Step 8 – When adding a document record, click Generate in the Issuing Comments field. Based on the selected document type, AI automatically generates comments in the Issuing Comments field. To regenerate the comments, click Generate again. You can use the AI-generated comments as they are or edit them as needed.

Step 9 – This section describes the criteria used to generate AI-assisted issuing comments for document records.
- Tone – Engaging, Formal (default)
- Summarize- Issuing comments generated will be 1250 characters. For document records that have renewal and retention sections, issuing comments generated will be 400 characters and 350 characters respectively.
- Expand-This is the default setting. Issuing comments generated will be 2500 characters. For document records that have renewal and retention sections, issuing comments generated will be 800 characters and 400 characters respectively.
- Rewrite-Selecting this option will not consider the earlier inputs provided in this field. Issuing comments generated will be 2500 characters.
