Download Absence Request History to Excel – PeopleSoft PUM 51
One of the key features in PeopleSoft is the Absence Management module, which allows employees to request time off and view their absence records. As the number of absence request increases, it can become difficult to track and manage them efficiently.
To address this, PeopleSoft PUM 51 introduces a new feature that allows both employees and managers to download the absence request history in Excel format. This enhancement helps HR teams, employees, and managers quickly access, filter, and analyze absence data with ease.

Navigation for Employee:
- Self-service> Time reporting > Manage Absence > View All Requests

- Once the employee navigates to the manage absence page, click on the View All Requests button in the corner of the page to find the list of absences. The View request page consists of the filter option where an employee can provide the date range, they can search the absence type and status as well. The data matching the criteria will appear in the view request page.

- Once the criteria are set and searched, the data will appear in the view request page.

- An employee can click on the highlighted button in Fig. 4 below and download the absence data in excel format.

Navigation for Manager :
- Manager Self-Service> Time Management > Report Time> Manage Absence
- Once the Manager logs in and navigates to the Manage Absence page, the Manager will find the list of employees reporting to him/her, and needs to select the specific employee whose absences need to be downloaded as Excel.

- The manager can select the specified employee whose absence data needs to be downloaded as an Excel file. Click on the View All Requests button and then provide the filter criteria, similar to employee, to find the data for the specific range.

- The manager can click on the download symbol button and download the data of the particular employee in Excel format.
