Key Features of My Activity Center
1. Task Management and Quick Actions
Quick Actions enable users to perform frequent tasks, such as submitting time cards, reviewing performance, or approving requests, all from a central location. These actions can be customized to suit the user’s role, making it easier to access tasks they perform most frequently.
Notifications provide real-time alerts on pending actions, helping users stay on top of their workload.

2. Personal Information and Employment Details
Users can easily access important employment-related details such as their salary information, upcoming holidays, or work anniversary dates. All these details are available in analytic cards, which give users a quick visual summary of key information.
3. Performance and Learning Management
Employees can keep track of their ongoing learning assignments and performance evaluations from the My Activity Center dashboard. This feature helps users stay updated on deadlines and ensure tasks such as learning completions or performance reviews are completed on time.
4. Role-Specific Functionality
Depending on the user’s role, different activities are prioritized. For instance, managers can approve leave requests and time cards, while employees can focus on their own tasks such as submitting timesheets and accessing learning materials.
Personalizing My Activity Center
One of the key strengths of My Activity Center is its ability to be personalized. Users can customize the layout and content of the dashboard to match their preferences, ensuring that their most critical tasks are easily accessible.
1. Customizing Quick Actions
Users can add or remove Quick Actions based on their workflow, allowing them to tailor the actions available on their dashboard. For example, a manager can prioritize time card approvals, while an employee may focus on tasks related to performance reviews.
2. Personalizing Analytic Cards
Analytic Cards give users insights into key data points like overdue tasks, pay slips, or upcoming holidays. Users can select which cards they want to display and hide those that are not relevant to their current role, helping to reduce unnecessary clutter on their dashboard.
3. Timeline and Event Customization
The Timeline View allows users to see a visual representation of key events such as promotions, contract end dates, and work anniversaries. Users can customize how much historical and future data is displayed in the timeline, allowing them to focus on the most relevant time periods.
4. Person and Assignment Details
Users can also customize the view of their Person and Assignment Details, enabling them to display only the most important data points about their employment. This feature can be accessed via Express Mode, where users can modify the layout based on their preferences.
