Kovaion is a Business Transformation and Technology Solutions Partner. We specialize in PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Netsuite, CRM, Application Development and Automation.

We are looking to hire an HCM/ERP Business Development Executive to work with our Business Development team to drive and develop further our strong footing in the HCM/ERP domains for clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a successful Business Developer/Sales career. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive, can do attitude with the drive and determination to our existing and new clients. The role has a strong entrepreneurial flavour and will suit an individual who has the drive to carve out their own niche while having the support of successful sales, pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams.

You will be an excellent communicator who knows how to work with senior level stakeholders. You will have a track record of selling IT and business-led solutions in HCM/ERP. You will naturally be a self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimum direction.
Reports To
The Business Development Executive will report to Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your responsibilities and duties of this job includes,

  • Primary responsibility will be to drive sales through working with existing customers and new business.
  • Identification of new opportunities and markets for the HCM/ERP Practices through market knowledge, customer relationship development and leverage of the Kovaion network, through targeted marketing campaigns, events and direct calling initiatives.
  • Working with Kovaion partners and specialists (primarily Oracle)
  • Preparation and delivery of presentations and solution proposals and the active management of the full sales cycle.
  • Contract negotiation covering license/hardware sales, consulting services, fixed price applications development and managed services contracts, with the support of the relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Educated to an undergraduate degree is a plus, but by no means a requirement. Your skill set and personality is more important to us than qualifications.
  • Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good in computers MS-OFFICE (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Internet (Research).
  • Good in Content writing like Blogs, Email Marketing and other Marketing activities.
  • A working knowledge of Google Workplace Suite (G-Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Gmail) is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work and collaborate productively across sales, marketing, sales support and customer delivery teams, even when under pressure.
  • Ambitious, confident, enthusiastic individual with a “can-do” attitude.
  • You will be a team player who is keen to positively represent and promote the brand.
