Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for learning Oracle HCM modules and driving implementations, upgrades and support activities based on business needs
  • Involve in requirement gathering and solution definition for assigned Oracle projects.
  • Responsible for working closely with our clients and involve in demonstrating individual functional and professional knowledge to satisfy the customer needs.
  • Report and highlight workstream to the project management team

Skill Set Required:

  • Desirably educated to B.E/B.Tech(IT, CSE, ECE, EEE)/MCA/degree level with a strong academic record or equivalent with 3 to 6 Months experience.
  • Native-level fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Desire to work in the tech industry with strong RDBMS Concepts (SQL Skills)
  • Well-rounded individual with varied interests and experience
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to integrate with the team.
  • Willingness to travel

1 . L1 Technical discusion -Face to face ( Teams ).
2. L2 Technical discusion – Face to face ( Teams ).
3. HR Discussion -Face to face ( Teams ).
