Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for learning Oracle HCM modules and driving implementations, upgrades and support activities based on business needs
- Involve in requirement gathering and solution definition for assigned Oracle projects.
- Responsible for working closely with our clients and involve in demonstrating individual functional and professional knowledge to satisfy the customer needs.
- Report and highlight workstream to the project management team
Skill Set Required:
- Desirably educated to B.E/B.Tech(IT, CSE, ECE, EEE)/MCA/degree level with a strong academic record or equivalent with 3 to 6 Months experience.
- Native-level fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages advantageous)
- Desire to work in the tech industry with strong RDBMS Concepts (SQL Skills)
- Well-rounded individual with varied interests and experience
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
- Self-motivated, organized and able to integrate with the team.
- Willingness to travel
