Every time I made a mistake, something shifted inside me. Something changed. Something grew.

That is learning in its purest form.

But here is what I have come to deeply believe.

We learn by making mistakes. But repeating them quietly questions that learning.

So, after every experience, I ask myself one simple question. What did I truly learn from this?

Because a lesson fully received is a permanent upgrade to the person you are becoming. And that lesson belongs to you, forever.

This is the heart of our 11th Marathon Life Lesson.

Oracle APEX 26.1: From Code to Intent

Oracle APEX 26.1 marks a pivotal shift in enterprise development, moving from writing code to expressing intent. With APEXLang, Spec to Code, and Oracle Database 26AI’s intelligent schema layer, the platform now lets teams describe what they want to achieve and build from there.

At the core of this evolution is data becoming the center of intelligence. Through the “Describe Tables” utility, AI receives rich, structured context, tables, columns, constraints, and annotations, enabling it to work with clarity and precision. During a live demo, a presenter simply said: “Group by region and show totals”, and the report updated instantly. No navigation. No complexity. Just intent meeting outcome.

Development is evolving. From effort to clarity. From execution to intent. Organizations that invest in clarity, across data, intent, and governance, will see stronger outcomes in speed, quality, and scalability.

Oracle has announced that Oracle Cloud Success Navigator has been rebranded to Oracle AI Success Navigator as part of the 26.1 release. This change aligns with Oracle’s AI-first strategy, reflecting the growing role of AI in helping organizations plan, adopt, and maximize value from Fusion Cloud. Release Date: April 28, 2026

Success Navigator continues to act as a digital compass for the cloud journey helping organizations plan, adopt, and continuously improve. With AI now embedded, the focus becomes even stronger on continuous innovation and value realization.

The Thinking Behind DelveAnt

What Happens When Your CRM Actually Works for You

Two things take up most of a sales rep’s time inside a CRM: finding information and deciding who to focus on. DelveAnt handles both.

The first is a conversational interface that lets reps ask questions in plain language and get answers immediately. Pipeline value, deal status, lead allocation, follow-up gaps. Instead of switching between dashboards and building filter queries, the rep asks and the CRM responds.

The second is AI-powered lead scoring. DelveAnt evaluates every lead against your ideal customer profile, tracks engagement signals like email opens, clicks, and page visits, and monitors behavioral patterns that suggest buying readiness. All of that feeds into a live score that tells the rep exactly who to prioritize and why. A lead that opened three emails this week and visited the product page ranks differently from one that hasn’t responded in a month. The rep doesn’t figure that out manually. The CRM does it for them.

The result: reps spend less time on admin and more time selling. That’s the shift we’re building toward with DelveAnt.

A Collective Journey Towards Meaningful Impact

Kovaion Family Run 2026

Kovaion Family Run 2026 brought together 234 members of our team as one unified organisation, running, walking, and contributing towards a shared purpose. What began as a collective activity evolved into a meaningful movement driven by intent, compassion, and togetherness.

Over 146 hours and 29 minutes, our people covered an inspiring 509.13 kilometres. Every step carried purpose, reflecting a shared belief in creating opportunities and supporting brighter futures.

What made this initiative truly impactful was the spirit of giving. Our people chose to contribute their earned reward points towards education.

Together, this resulted in a contribution of ₹1,01,800 to Prasanthi Academy, supporting mental health and educational assistance for promising young students.

This initiative stands as a powerful reminder that when people come together with purpose, meaningful impact follows.

From the Transformation & Strategy Office

From Structure to Mindset

Over the past few months, the Transformation & Strategy Office (TSO) has focused on building alignment and introducing early structure across the organization. As this structure begins to take shape, it becomes equally important to reinforce the mindset required to sustain it. Last month, we introduced the TSO Series — “The Shift Series”, centered around a simple but powerful idea: thinking beyond the obvious and challenging conventional ways of working. This is not a one-time message — it is a continuous expectation.

As we move from alignment to execution, the ability to think differently becomes critical. Transformation is not driven by frameworks alone. It is driven by how we approach problems, collaborate across teams, and identify opportunities that may not be immediately visible. Whether it is exploring new client conversations, simplifying delivery approaches, identifying repeatable solutions, or rethinking how we use technology, the expectation remains the same — look beyond the standard, and question what can be done better.

The Shift Series is intended to encourage small but meaningful changes in how we work: moving from task execution → outcome thinking, from reactive problem-solving → proactive identification, and from individual contribution → collective ownership. These are not large transformations in isolation — but when practiced consistently, they create a culture that supports scale and innovation.

As shared in our recent updates, the TSO continues to focus on three key areas: Business Expansion, Operational Excellence, and Transformation & Innovation. While these provide the direction, the Shift mindset is what enables progress within each of these areas. Without a shift in thinking, structure alone will not deliver outcomes.

The Transformation & Strategy Office continues to evolve — not just through structure and frameworks, but through a shared mindset that enables meaningful and sustained change across Kovaion.

Driving Intelligent Automation and Edge Capabilities

The deployment of AI agents has brought a significant reduction in turnaround times while enhancing overall operational effectiveness. For example, our eInvoice Agent now completes invoice creation in minutes instead of taking more than a day, enabled through automated integration with the GST portal while maintaining full compliance. In a similar way, our Sales AI Agents automatically enrich and qualify leads, removing the need for manual updates and supporting faster, more effective follow-ups. Additionally, our P&L Dashboard Assistant equips CXO leaders with real-time financial insights, improving visibility and enabling quicker decision-making. At the same time, we have initiated the implementation of multimodal AI agents within the system, enabling seamless connectivity between agents and ensuring more efficient outcomes. 

As part of our continued focus on investing in R&D and emerging technologies, we have begun deploying AI solutions on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin edge device. This enables real-time, low-latency processing at the edge across vision, voice, and intelligent interaction use cases. When combined with a Smart Holobox display, this integration creates immersive 3D holographic experiences powered by live AI-driven avatars and dynamic data visualizations. The solution is being developed to support scalable, future-ready applications across retail, events, and enterprise engagement, without relying heavily on cloud infrastructure. 

Our team is also actively collaborating with organizations to demonstrate these capabilities and provide advisory support in adopting AI agents, helping accelerate intelligent business transformation.
