What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Client Usage

Some services like our WhatsApp Intelligent Communication Platform and Low-Code Platform permit Clients to store client content such as documents, images, and other digital information (“Client Content”). Such Client content is accessible only by the Client and Kovaion does not use any Client Content. Each Client is solely responsible for their content if it is inappropriate or unlawful and contains no viruses or harmful content. We provide a platform where the content is subject to the client’s usage. Third parties may be involved for permission and approval where Kovaion will provide lawful support. Each profile and content are private to the clients and Kovaion will not take responsibility in case of inappropriate usage or illegal activities.

 

Business and Channel Partners

Services are provided directly by Kovaion to Clients and indirectly through Channel Partners and Resellers (“Business Partners”) to Clients. If you register interest in Services with Kovaion or if you register interest in a jointly promoted Service from Kovaion, the Company may share your personal data collected in connection with your expression of interest in our Services, with our Business Partner(s). Kovaion contractually limits Business Partners’ use of your personal data for the purpose of promoting and selling Software and Services and requires them contractually to comply with applicable law on the collection of personal data. Kovaion does not control our business partner’s use of the personal data we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies.

 

Legal Age

Our products and services are not directed at individuals under 18. Kovaion does not knowingly collect personal information from children who are under 18 years of age for its own purposes. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe that a child under 18 years has provided personal information to us, please write to info@kovaion.com with the details, and we will take the necessary steps to delete the information we hold about that child. However, using our products, you can collect information about individuals who may be children. If you process information relating to children, you acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for complying with the applicable laws and regulations related to the protection of such personal information.
