Transforming Workforces for Tomorrow — In Nanda’s Words

A conversation that reflects where the future of work is heading.
The intersection of AI, cloud technology, and HR strategy is one of the most dynamic spaces in enterprise technology today.
When intelligent systems align with human potential, organisations gain something truly meaningful: the ability to move beyond tracking people to genuinely empowering them. Stronger employee experiences, predictive workforce insights, and agile talent strategies are becoming the foundation of forward-thinking organisations.
I had the privilege of sitting down with the ETHRWorld team recently, where we explored how HR is evolving into a strategic growth engine and what ethical AI, unified platforms, and fluid talent architecture mean for the future of work.
Grateful to the entire ETHRWorld team for creating such a thoughtful and forward-looking space for this dialogue.
If the future of HR and workforce transformation are areas you are passionate about, I hope this conversation sparks valuable thinking.

Oracle AI World Tour London 2026
Kovaion at the Forefront of Enterprise AI

Kovaion was proud to be part of Oracle AI World Tour London, held on 24 March 2026 at ExCeL London, a landmark global gathering of leaders, innovators, and technology visionaries exploring the future of AI and enterprise cloud.
Representing Kovaion were Nanda Kumar (Founder & Director), Mohana Priya (Chief Projects Officer), Srinivas Nadella (Solution Architect & Strategic Accounts), and Michael Len (Head of Business Development). The team immersed themselves in a full day of inspiring sessions, forging meaningful connections with customers, partners, and Oracle leadership, walking away energised with fresh ideas.
The event was headlined by Oracle CEO Mike Sicilia, whose powerful keynote set the tone for the entire day, reinforcing that AI is no longer experimental; it is enterprise-ready, delivering real impact, and the shift from experimentation to execution is already underway.
Key Highlights from the Event:
– Agentic AI is now embedded across Oracle Fusion — systems that don’t just record, but recommend and act, turning hours of decision-making into seconds
– Private Agent Factory enables organisations to build and evolve their own AI agents tailored to their unique business needs
– AI Data Platform unifies scattered enterprise data with contextual understanding — no migration needed
– OCI Enterprise AI Platform brings AI models, agents, and governance together in one secure, scalable foundation — making enterprise AI real, not theoretical
– Beyond the sessions, what stood out most were the customer conversations — real challenges, real use cases, and a growing clarity on how AI can be applied meaningfully within enterprise environments.
The energy across the event was clear:
– Organisations are no longer asking “What is possible with AI?”
– They are asking “How do we implement this effectively in our context?”
And that is exactly where Kovaion continues to focus — bridging innovation with execution for our customers.
The future of enterprise AI is not just emerging — it is already being built.

Tech Talk
Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications: A New Way to Work

At the Oracle AI World Tour London 2026, one message stood out clearly: AI in the enterprise is no longer experimental — it is now operational at scale. The keynote sessions led by Oracle leadership highlighted a fundamental shift — enterprise applications are being redesigned to drive decisions and actions in real time. This shift is most visible in Fusion Agentic Applications — and what they represent is far more than a feature release.
Most organisations today still lose time and value in the gap between data → insight → decision → action. Fusion Agentic Applications change this equation entirely — moving from systems that support work to systems that actively move work forward, guiding users with: “Here’s what matters. Here’s what to do. Here’s why.” From workforce scheduling in HCM to enterprise-wide decision acceleration, the impact is tangible and the transformation has already begun.

Moving Towards an Enterprise Command Center with Oracle Cloud

Over the last few years, many organizations have successfully moved core platforms such as ERP, HCM, and procurement to the cloud. Yet in my experience working with leadership teams, a common challenge remains—the business still struggles to see a clear, real‑time picture of what is happening across functions. The issue is rarely data availability; it is how fragmented systems slow down insight and decision‑making.
This is where the Oracle Cloud ecosystem enables a meaningful shift. With Fusion Applications as the transactional foundation and Oracle Integration Cloud connecting processes in an event‑driven manner, enterprises can begin to think beyond reporting and towards continuous business awareness. When this foundation is extended with Autonomous Database and OCI AI services, data starts working proactively for the organization.
From a finance‑led transformation perspective, this enables near real‑time visibility into anomalies, cost trends, procurement behavior, and workforce movement—allowing teams to act before issues escalate. Oracle Analytics Cloud plays a crucial role by translating complex data into focused insights that leaders can engage with, rather than overwhelming dashboards.
The real value of an enterprise command center is not technology alone, but design intent. When insights flow back into operational systems through automated workflows, the organization moves from passive monitoring to closed‑loop decision execution. This is where Oracle Cloud evolves from supporting operations to actively guiding business outcomes—defining the next phase of enterprise transformation.

Product Spotlight:
DelveAnt

What the AI CRM Movement Means and Where DelveAnt Fits
Since launching in January, DelveAnt has been Kovaion’s entry into a CRM category that AI is fundamentally reshaping.
A new class of CRM, often called AI-native, is emerging where the system itself qualifies leads, enriches records, drafts communications, surfaces intent signals, and recommends next actions. The human still owns the relationships and the strategy. But the operational weight of running a pipeline shifts to the software.
That’s the space DelveAnt occupies. Built from the ground up with intelligence across every workflow, not AI retrofitted onto a legacy database. Visitor tracking, lead enrichment, scoring, and conversation intelligence are native capabilities, not gated add-ons. Ask a question in plain English and get answers instantly. Get AI-drafted follow-up emails, pre-call briefs, and lead qualification, without maintaining a thing. The focus has been on sales teams that need their CRM to carry weight so they can focus on what actually matters: speaking to customers and building relationships.
We’re seeing strong early validation, and what comes next excites us even more. DelveAnt is still early, but the direction feels right, and we’re building fast.

From the Transformation & Strategy Office
From Alignment to Early Structure

Following last month’s focus on strengthening alignment and foundational clarity, this month marks the beginning of translating that intent into early structure. As discussions mature and patterns become clearer, the Transformation & Strategy Office is starting to shape how governance, delivery, and collaboration will evolve in a more consistent and scalable manner. At the same time, this clarity has helped crystallize three key focus areas that will guide TSO execution going forward — Business Expansion, Operational Excellence, and Transformation & Innovation. These areas provide a clear and shared direction as we move from alignment into execution.
Business Expansion — Early efforts are underway to explore opportunities across GCC and selective US markets. The focus remains on building the right relationships, identifying structured entry points, and aligning opportunities with long-term positioning — ensuring growth is deliberate and sustainable.
Operational Excellence — Strengthening the internal operating model continues to be a key priority. Initial work is centered around improving delivery visibility, aligning resource planning, and bringing greater consistency into execution — laying the foundation for a predictable and scalable delivery engine.
Transformation & Innovation — Conversations have begun around automation and product-led initiatives. The emphasis is on identifying practical use cases, building repeatable value, and ensuring that innovation remains closely aligned to real client needs.
The three pillars — People, Process, and Technology — continue to support this journey, focusing on improving clarity, ownership, and cross-team alignment; introducing lightweight governance and standardisation; and
exploring targeted automation and visibility enhancements.
While progress remains measured, the shift from alignment to clearer structure and focus is an important milestone. The coming months will focus on establishing consistent governance rhythms, improving delivery predictability, and advancing execution across the three focus areas — building steadily, enabling teams, and keeping execution practical and grounded. The Transformation & Strategy Office continues to evolve — now with clearer focus and structure — building a strong foundation for sustainable growth across Kovaion.
KovaionAI
Advancing Intelligent Automation and Edge Innovation

The deployed AI agents have significantly reduced turnaround times and improved operational effectiveness. For instance, our eInvoice Agent has reduced invoice creation time from more than a day to just minutes through automated integration with the GST portal, while ensuring full compliance. Similarly, our Sales AI Agents enrich and qualify leads automatically, eliminating manual updates and enabling faster, more effective follow-ups. In addition, our P&L Dashboard Assistant provides CXO leaders with real-time financial insights, enabling better visibility and faster decision-making. We have kick started implementing multi modal AI Agents into the system that ensures Agents can seamlessly connect and provide the results.
To continue our belief to invest in R&D and emerging tech, we have now started deploying AI solutions on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin edge device that enables real-time, low-latency processing directly at the edge for vision, voice, and intelligent interactions. When this integrated with a Smart Holobox display, it delivers immersive 3D holographic experiences powered by live AI-driven avatars or data visualizations. We are building this solution to create scalable, futuristic applications for retail, events, and enterprise engagement without heavy cloud dependency.
Our team is actively engaging with organizations to showcase these capabilities and provide advisory support on adopting AI agents to accelerate intelligent business transformation.
