Top Gun – Oracle EPM

Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated fresh graduates to join our Oracle EPM Practice. The role is designed for candidates who have strong analytical and communication skills, a passion for learning new technologies, and an interest in building expertise across Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Integration and AI technologies.

Selected candidates will undergo structured learning and work alongside experienced consultants on Oracle EPM implementation, solution development, accelerators, demonstrations and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, primarily:
2. Planning and Budgeting
3. Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
4. Profitability and Cost Management
5. Financial Consolidation and Close – based on project requirements
6. Understand business processes related to budgeting, forecasting, planning and enterprise/master data management.
7. Learn Oracle EPM configuration and participate in solution design, configuration, testing and documentation.
8. Develop technical capabilities around:
9. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
10. REST APIs
11. Data Integration
12. EPM Automate
13. Business Rules and Calculations
14. Reporting and dashboards
15. Explore AI and Generative AI capabilities and identify practical opportunities to improve EPM implementation, testing, documentation and support activities.
16. Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs), reusable accelerators and solution demonstrations.
17. Research new Oracle EPM features and present learnings to the practice team.
18. Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, process documentation and knowledge assets.
19. Participate in internal and client discussions with the ability to clearly explain concepts and solutions.

Preferred Technical Exposure

Any academic, internship, certification or self-learning exposure to the following will be an advantage:

6. Python / Groovy
7. Generative AI / LLMs

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

1. Computer Science / Information Technology
2. Engineering
3. Finance / Accounting
4. Business Analytics
5. Mathematics / Statistics
6. Or other relevant disciplines

Candidates who have independently learned and built something using AI, GenAI, Cloud, Integration, Analytics or Enterprise Applications will have a distinct advantage.
