Oracle ERP Cloud Application Support Consultant – UK

Role Summary

We are looking for an Oracle ERP Cloud Application Support professional with experience in Finance modules, ERP processes, incident management, ITSM/ITIL, and user support. The role involves supporting business users, resolving application issues, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements

1. Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud application support / service desk environments
2. Exposure to Financials – GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, PPM and related modules
3. Good understanding of ERP processes and business workflows
4. Experience with incident, service request and SLA management
5. Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL processes
6. Exposure to Oracle ERP areas such as Finance, Projects and Procurement
7. Understanding of user/security administration, OTBI, workflows and testing
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
