We are seeking an Oracle EPM Manpower Planning / Strategic Workforce Planning Techno-Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud implementations and support engagements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Workforce Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Headcount Planning, combined with hands-on experience in Oracle EPM configuration, business rules, reporting, and planning model design.
The consultant will work closely with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to design and implement workforce planning solutions that align with organizational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce planning, headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct discovery workshops with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Design and configure Oracle EPM Workforce Planning and Strategic Workforce Planning solutions.
- Define planning models for workforce demand, workforce supply, attrition planning, hiring plans, and organizational growth.
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Technical Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle EPM Planning and Workforce Planning applications.
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and planning models.
- Manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and data forms.
- Build reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
- Support data loading, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize planning processes.
- Support enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
Functional Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Workforce Planning and/or Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Good understanding of manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience working with HR and Finance stakeholders.
- Knowledge of workforce analytics, organizational planning, and talent forecasting.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle EPM Workforce Planning implementation.
- Experience supporting planning and budgeting cycles for medium to large enterprises.
- Exposure to Oracle EPM modules such as:
- Workforce Planning
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Financial Planning
- Capital Planning
- Project Financial Planning
- Exposure to FCCS or EPBCS is an added advantage.
- Experience working in global delivery and client-facing environments.
