Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with 3–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules and be capable of independently driving implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support engagements.

The consultant should be comfortable interacting with business stakeholders, understanding business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud applications, conducting workshops, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·       Implementation & Configuration: Responsible for the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud applications – Human Capital Management

·       Customization & Development: Develop and customize Oracle forms, reports, workflows, and other components to meet business requirements.

·       Business Requirement Gathering: Interact with business users to gather requirements, map them to Oracle applications, and recommend functional solutions.

·       System Integration: Work on data migration, system integration, and interface design to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.

·       Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing post-implementation support and maintenance of Oracle applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system optimization.

·       Testing & Documentation: Conduct system testing, regression testing, and document functional designs, test scripts, and technical specifications.

·       Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to end-users on Oracle system functionality and best practices. Document and share technical and functional knowledge.

·       Upgrade & Patch Management: Plan, test, and implement Oracle patches, upgrades, and release management for Oracle applications.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation, support, or enhancement projects as a Techno-functional consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in one or more of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
  • Core HR
  • Absence Management
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Compensation
  • Performance Management
  • Goal Management
  • Learning
  • Recruiting (ORC)
  • Time & Labor
  • Help Desk
• Experience in conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive project deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Technical Skills (one or more)-  HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Reporting tools.

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud REST APIs is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Oracle Redwood User Experience and Oracle AI features is a plus.
