Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead

An Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead/Architect designs, develops, and supports customizations, integrations, and capable of doing a complete orchestration of solutioning with collaboration with functional lead & team.

Candidate should be able to design UI/UX, Dashboard Analytics, Reports, automated workflows for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management modules. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrations: Develop inbound and outbound integrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
2. Data Migration: Manage mass data loads, conversions, and migrations using HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Data Loaders.
3. Reporting & Analytics: Build custom BI Publisher (BIP) reports, OTBI dashboards, and HCM Extracts for third-party vendors and payroll systems.
4. Fast Formulas: Develop and maintain Fast Formulas across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.
5. Security & Compliance: Having good knowledge from HCM implementation point of view.

Ideally, candidate should have at least 10+ years of technical experience within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment.
