How to Configure the Job Offer Creation Agent
- Open AI Agent Studio from Navigator > Tools > AI Agent Studio.
- Go to Agent Teams and click on + to create an Agent.
- Fill in all the details.
- Click Save and Close to save the agent team. You can access it later from the Agent Teams tab.
- Open the Tools tab to view the existing Job Offer Creation Advisor Document tool.
- Upload the business documents that the advisor will use as a source of information.
You can add recruiting procedures, offer templates, salary guidelines, policy documents, and FAQs.
- In the Tools tab, locate the Document Tool for Job Offer Creation Agent and select Edit.
- In the Documents section, click Add.
- Enter a suitable name and description for the document.
- Upload the required file and save the record.
- Update the document status to Ready to Publish.

- Select your project or create a new one. Ensure that you’re in Express mode. Visual Builder Studio will open, and you’ll land on the Activity Center screen by default.
- The Create Offer flow opens, and you can enter the guided journey code in the Set Guided Journeys Code at the Offer Creation page-level page property.
